If you’ve been keeping up with the plans for the Do it with Drupal conference in October, you know that we’ve been hard at work lining up expert speakers to provide you with the best, and most practical, information on Drupal and a variety of web disciplines like design, mobile development, content strategy and more.
If you’re just hearing about Do it with Drupal, check out what we’ve been up to:
Insightful Speaker Interviews
In a recent Lullabot podcast, Jeff Robbins and Jared Ponchot interviewed Josh Clark, author of Tapworthy: Designing Great iPhone Apps and Best iPhone Apps. They discuss “mobile stuff” like cloud computing, building robust apps, designing for touch and even teleportation.
Jeff Eaton interviewed Karen McGrane about content strategy and responsive design. And as an experienced speaker/road warrior, Karen even throws in some packing tips!
Jared Ponchot talked with Jen Simmons about HTML5, designing the DrupalCon Chicago mobile app, and how her background in film, theater lighting, and stage design impacted her as a web designer.
Some of the other awesome speakers we’ve announced include keynote speaker Jeffrey Zeldman, Jason Pamental, and Steve Fisher…as well as your favorite Lullabots! We’ve got more interviews lined up to post in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
Spotlight on Our Sponsors
Our sponsors rock! They are instrumental in helping us put on a great event for you. These companies recognize the value of the Drupal community, and the value of ongoing education and training. We’re proud to have them as partners.
Invest in Yourself
Lullabot loves you and wants to see you in October! But if that alone isn’t enough to bring you to New York, we’ve outlined five reasons to attend Do it with Drupal.
Convince Your Boss
Maybe you’re convinced that Do it with Drupal is a good investment in your professional development, but maybe you’re boss isn’t…yet. We can help! We’ve produced a handy dandy Convince Your Boss PDF that you can download and print out. Take it to your next meeting and help make the decision to send you to DIWD 2011 that much easier.
