e-Commerce v4.x-beta3 for Drupal 6.x has been released.

There have been a lot of bug fixes as well as the a complete rewrite of the checkout. The checkout ATM is only a single page and options like changing address and payment type have not been put back in. These are going to use the #ahah feature of the new formapi to allow users to change much easier.

Top CMS in the top 100 blog sites

CMS Wire recent took a look at Technorati's Top 100 blog sites and determined which CMS the sites were using most.  They concluded, not surprisingly, that Wordpress was the most popular CMS with 34% of the top sites using the blogging application.Simply put, we found that WordPress dominates the list, that Movable Type comes in with a respectable second [16%], and the rest are either custom jobbies or a smattering of other platforms which are, relatively speaking, eating dust.Probably more inte

Earl Miles named one of 2008 Open Source CMS Most Valued People by Packt Publishing

This morning Earl Miles, also known as merlinofchaos, was named one of the 2008 Open Source CMS Most Valued People. Earl won specifically for his contributions to the Drupal project.What is particularly exciting about this award is that Earl is the third Drupal community member to win an award for their contributions to the Drupal project this year. Bryan Ruby said it best.What I found interesting is that most of the MVPs for projects were the projects' lead/founder.
