The weeks starts with a Node.js meetup tonight and goes on to include happy hours, discussions on evaluating your external communications and overall technology strategy, and a two day deep dive on learning and using Drupal. Below are our event picks for the week, and you can find a full calendar at DC Tech Events. Have a great week!

Presentations will include an intro to Node.js, using nvm and npm in your development environment, and a demo of the requisitioner module, and there will be lots of time for conversations before and after. We’re excited to be hosting this event in our garage.

NetSquared: Where Are They Now?: NetSquared regularly hosts strategy sessions to give specific nonprofits advice on how to improve their web presence. This meetup will look at how effective that advice is, bringing in several people who have taken this advice and tested it out at their organization to report back on what worked, what didn’t, and what they learned from the process.
