TechnoratiTwinning is a framework for European schools to collaborate on the Internet with partner schools from Romania.
The website was built with Drupal 5 on a LAMP stack. It also makes use of the Solr search server, memcached and ffmpeg.
It features: – romanian and english content (localizer) – per user image galleries (a modified version of acidfree) – per user video galleries (a modified version of op_video) – quota management – searching and faceted browsing (custom module which interacts with Solr) – a forum based on smf (integrated using the smfforum module)
