I always use this on my drupal sites to aid the seo of the site, it lets me add pages that are less important for the users of my sites but I can put them in a lower hirachy tier so they dont go on the homepage but they still get picked up by the search engines becaues of the sitemap. Hope this helps some people. Free laptop with broadband

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m no usability expert, but I do know pretty quickly when a feature on a site is hard, tedious or confusing. In that same vein I’m a sucker for when things make my life easier! I can do the same amount of work in less time to get to doing the things I enjoy; which is why I love these five easy Drupal usability modules. Setup on all of them is a snap and when you’re done you’ll actually have more free time, and we all need more of that.

When LevelTen was introduced to Drupal back in 2008, I was pretty hesitant. Learning a new CMS is always tedious, but with words like “CCK,” “Nodes,” and “Modules” being thrown around the office, I thought Drupal was extremely complex. Soon, I realized these words are just fancy names for simple concepts.

CCK, Views, and Panels, are top Drupal modules we all know and love because they’re necessary for building amazing Drupal websites; but what about the modules you haven’t heard of, those little gems that can really give your site something extra? I’m going to take a look at the top 5 Drupal modules that you might not know about but are worth a look. Some of them are still in Alpha or Beta so be sure install with caution as they may not be ready for prime-time.

This tool helps you to generate automatically a drupal theme’s .info file, only by choosing a few options. It’s currently on beta version, I want to add a feature to add an IE6 or IE7 conditional stylesheets (needed a module) and other things, the code will be downloadable soon!

Web developers typically work with many windows and applications opened at the same time, so why don’t use a wallpaper background to help remembering most used variables without opening a yet another window? Many users have alrealdy appreciated the Wordpress Help Sheet Wallpaper, so we hope that the Drupal theme developers will enjoy this one, too.

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds paired with RSS readers have just changed the way we keep track with our favorite sites. Now all popular browsers like Firefox, Flock etc have RSS reader built in them but if you want a centralized browser independent online solution try Google Reader or Bloglines. In this regard, here are 5 the RSS feeds I feed on to get he latest on Drupal as they happen:

1. Drupal.org- Drupal Modules Feed: Though drupal.org does not have a RSS link in the page I found out http://drupal.org/taxonomy/term/14/0/feed , give you the low down on all the new Drupal Modules.

Time and again I’ve faced a problem of creating multiple contact forms but with use of the contact module there is only once contact form accessible at site-URL/contact. But now the problem can be solved with use of Contact Forms module, you can download the module here.

In continuation to my previous post about “Taming Drupal Node Title and Teaser” this is part 2 of the Drupal node title and teaser taming tweak by editing node-type.tpl.php.(type is your content type like story, project or custom type like news or project etc). This is what your teaser for front page look like after the tweak is applied and after some great theming :-).
