How to reference user fields in a select list?

Hello, I am new to drupal and have been trying to figure out how to do something with absolutely no luck. First off I am using Drupal 7 along with many of the major modules such as CKK and Views.

Background information: Users to my site are required to fill out text fields during registration, these are refereed to as [user:field-1], [user:field-2], ect to 5.

Under Structure -> Content Types I have created a new content type. What I want to do here is create a select list(would select list integer be correct for this?) that is populated by these values [user:field-1], [user:field-2], ect.

I cannot figure out how to do this and after hours of frustration here I am. I am assuming I need to be using the allowed values PHP code section for this (Under manage fields -> field settings) but have no idea what to do here. Can anyone help with this problem?

Thank you very much for your time.
